Client Overview
I created and published content across all agency channels, including blogs, emails, and social media. This involved writing thought leadership blogs, proofreading other content, and leading content development on specific topics after team approval. I executed hundreds of social media posts over the course of +2.5 years, covering topics like agency culture, holidays or events, industry insights and client work. All posts were proofed and approved by the leadership team.
I engaged with the audience on all social platforms by responding to messages, liking posts, commenting, and filtering out spam. I collaborated with marketing analysts to generate social media reports, present findings and adjust strategies as needed. I managed multiple platforms through Hootsuite but our Agency’s main focus was on LinkedIn and Instagram.
I supported the leadership team in developing social media strategies, including contributing to the agency's branding practices like creating templatized layouts for easy cross-posting. I coordinated content execution working closely with the project management team.
Additionally, I worked with the sales development manager to rebrand internal agency content as “Rumblings” and supported business development through CRM email campaigns and quarterly email newsletters. We executed more supplemental agency content like case studies and brand or industry insight. Lastly, I lead industry research with the content team to inform our topics across all our content efforts and made sure to correctly cite our sources when needed.
